SCHOLARSHIP DESCRIPTION:
Pace Law School has announced an exciting scholarship opportunity for 2008 entering students who have earned their bachelors or masters degree from one of the Consortium's member institutions and has demonstrated an interest in environmental issues affecting the Hudson Valley.
Scholarship benefits consist of a merit scholarship ranging from $3,000 to $10,000 towards law school tuition, depending upon the student's qualifications, renewable each year based on continued academic excellence. The scholarship recipient will be expected to complete at least one research project related to environmental issues involving the Hudson Valley while at Pace Law School.
Selection is based on the student's application and academic record. Interested students should include in their personal statement a discussion of how they have been
involved in Hudson Valley environmental issues during their undergraduate work or why they have a particular interest in Hudson Valley environmental issues.
