| This conference will serve as an intellectual exploration and examination of the issues surrounding climate change. The Hudson Valley region is an ideal case study combining science, cultural and political implications. Therefore, the agenda will facilitate a conversation about the meaning of climate change, its impact on the region and the unique role of higher education in addressing the problem on individual campuses. |

Our annual conference is strategically taking place one week before Focus the Nation (FTN) in order to serve as an intellectual toolkit for the individual campus action events being planned for January 31st.
