Our Members

The Environmental Consortium of Colleges & Universities is an intercollegiate collaboration established to more fully engage its members in the regional environment. Using interdisciplinary study as its guiding principle and priority, the Consortium encourages a diverse membership.

The Consortium currently has approximately 480 individual members. To facilitate resource sharing and foster collaborations, Consortium members exchange information through this website, a listserv, an annual meeting, and other Consortium sponsored programs throughout the year.

Who are our individual members?
  • faculty, staff, administrators and students affiliated with a two-year or four-year accredited college or university in the Hudson-Mohawk River Watershed;
  • faculty and staff from two-year or four-year accredited college or university outside of the Hudson-Mohawk River Watershed, but connected to it through research or educational activities;
  • K-12 faculty, and
  • individuals affiliated with a non-profit educational or research organizations that align with the Consortium’s mission.

Affiliate Members

There are currently 19 Affiliate Members in the Consortium. Two-year and four-year accredited colleges and universities not situated in the Hudson-Mohawk River watershed, and non-profit educational or research organizations are eligible for affiliate membership.
